The Am was pretty standard fare.
Get ready to see some kids run through a germ infested swamp for some decks.
Stunning.
Montessi was around with his 3 kids, which was awesome. Last time I saw him he had 1 kid. I asked him "So you're getting the next group of shop employees going now huh?" in reference to his kids. So if you're trying to work at Westside you might want to wait 20 years to do it.
Scotty The Body got some TV time.
While Bristol assisted him in charming the headband off the artsy girls.
Someone managed to get stuck in the moat. How you manage such a feat is beyond me but whatever. He got pulled out.
Scenic, eh?
See you next time, bros.
Check 48Blocks.com for more in depth coverage. That should be up in a few days.

Tampa Time.
It felt like good, like going home.
Whoever gave Scotty a cordless mic, good job.
Apparently it's Cougar season in Tampa. Update: Also, check out how insufferably disgusted that girl to the right looks. Lady, it's not like I was making gross faces at you or anything. No one's looking at you, they're looking at the lady easliy 20 years older than you. Get over yourself.
A quick bite (of someone else's sandwich) in between heats.
This is where I tried some artsier endeavors. Get ready.
And this transfers us back into skate photos.
Westside skater. Didn't catch his name, but his fakie tre was serious.
PJ Castellano has been really sick for a really long time.
Good luck in the panhandle Kirks.
Xing Tea donated a pool table. Since I said Xing Tea (twice) I think I need some free tea. It's delicious.
Tommy, Jata and Pat were wrecking dudes on the table. It's like a Barber Shop back there. A bunch of dudes yelling, playing poker and carrying on.
I went out that night but I didn't want to be paparazzi at a table full of grown ups. But to all my friends, great seeing you and I'll be your neighbor soon.
I'll leave you with this. The point & shoot didn't really do the night sky justice but it was amazing.

A Return To Roots
Went back to my home turf of Lakeland, Florida to shoot some portraits for Pat Stiener so he can sit on them for various interviews and such. I don't think I can show them on here. The rules are funny like that. But since I got to Lakeland at 1:00PM and Pat was working until 4:00PM and not ready for photos until 6:00PM I skated with Lakeland OG and the guy that sold me my first skateboard, Adam Washell.
Getting warm...
Getting closer...
Getting ill!
These are throwaway:
Thanks Pat.

New Things...
Coming Soon. Really. Sorry it's been a desolate wasteland lately; I had to get my junk straight. So far so good. But, yeah, I'm doing awesome now so some awesome content is coming soon.
In the meantime, go get that current copy of Thrasher with David Reyes' Kickflip Wallride on the cover, and look for my sequence of Jamie Campbell Kickflip 50-50'ing the Daytona Beach City Hall double set ledge. Yeah Jamie!
Also, here's a few more throwbacks before the new stuff:
Back Smith, not Front Feeble. What!
Heart,
-Steve.
