Charachter At the Jorge Michael Ramp

After work we all convened upon Jorge's tropical, and unbelievably fast backyard mini ramp for a friendly session. For a late August day in Florida the weather was surprisingly nice, by which I mean not unbearably hot. Between the hours of 8am to 5pm most of the esteemed members of the SPoT staff are mainly, if not strictly, business. So it's always nice to cut free from the office and enjoy the simplicities of a backyard mini ramp session.

This is a pretty accurate portrayal of the management off the clock

It's just not a mini ramp session with Ryan Clements without a tail block. It's just too bad I didn't have my angle sorted out before he pulled out the old reliable

Photobucket
Frosty pulled out a quick layback boardslide

Photobucket
I got a ridiculous amount of photos of Jacob. Not surprising, as he doesn't really stop skating throughout a session

Photobucket
Ian Gow was running some righteous tricks all evening, as is evident with this frontside crailtap

Photobucket
Jacob, feeble

One of the things I really enjoy about a spot is character. be it a brightly colored wall, or foliage and older Ybor City homes

Photobucket
Barak Wiser was definitely hyped to get some photos, which was the case with this backside ollie onto the extension

Photobucket
Barak manhandled lien to tail's on the main part of the mini ramp as well as the extension

Photobucket
Jacob popped a footplant in 98% of his runs

Photobucket
Jacob ended the session with a frontside crailtap, mainly as a shout out to his main homie Ian. It's all family, kid

Ian almost pulled this backside noseblunt on the extension. Such a shame it didn't go down

Thanks for cultivating such a nice area Jorge
